Refund policy
We allow 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at emeraldfoxcreations@gmail.com to start a return or ask any questions you may have regarding returns. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email to print at home and attach to the original packaging, as well as instructions on where to drop off the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our best to package every item to arrive safely and intact but accidents do happen. Please send us an email with your order number and photos of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom work, personalized products cannot be returned. Unused seasonal maker kits cannot be returned past their holiday.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed until 14 days after delivery of your order. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at emeraldfoxcreations@gmail.com.
